January–March | Mission Focus
This is your reset from the inside out. You’ll identify what’s been holding you back, confront the lies that diminish your confidence, and root yourself again in who God created you to be.
Month 1 — Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
You’ll name the lies, reclaim the truth, and begin leading from the identity God has spoken over you.
Month 2 — Humility & Confidence
You’ll learn how humility and confidence work hand in hand — so you can lead with strength and grace without shrinking back.
Month 3 — Leader, Know Thyself (Training)
You’ll unpack your unique wiring, gifts, and patterns so you can lead from a grounded, self-aware place.

April–June | Everyday Faith Focus
This is where identity becomes action.
You’ll build community, grow in curiosity, and discover the practical tools that make leadership sustainable.
Month 4 — Building Community
You’ll identify key connections, strengthen relationships, and stop leading alone.
Month 5 — The Courage to Be Curious
You’ll shift from pressure-filled leadership to curiosity-driven conversations that unlock growth and connection.
Month 6 — Working Genius (Training)
You’ll discover your leadership “sweet spot,” how you naturally work, and what fuels (or drains) your contribution.
👉 By the end of Q2, you’ll move from reacting to ministry to leading with steadiness, intention, and confidence.
July–September | Voice Focus
This is where your leadership voice strengthens.
You’ll learn to navigate mixed ministry spaces, turn opposition into clarity, and communicate with courage and wisdom.
Month 7 — Navigating Gender Dynamics
You’ll learn to thrive as a woman in ministry — even in spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.
Month 8 — Navigating Opposition & Criticism
You’ll build resilience, establish filters for feedback, and stop shrinking under pressure.
Month 9 — Enneagram or Confidence Compass (Training)
You’ll gain insight into how you lead, how you relate to others, and how to strengthen your leadership influence.

October–December | Others Focus
This is where your leadership multiplies.
You’ll learn how to build healthy teams, advocate for yourself, and steward your gifts in a way that strengthens those you lead.
Month 10 — Building Your Teams
You’ll learn the structure, care, and vision needed to build teams that are healthy, aligned, and Christ-centered.
Month 11 — Advocating & Negotiating
You’ll learn to speak up with clarity, confidence, and wisdom — without shrinking back.
Month 12 — Giftedness (Training)
You’ll unwrap your God-given design, identify what you’ll lean into next year, and close 2026 with clarity and purpose.
