For more than 20 years, my work has lived at the intersection of connection, story, and experience. Whether I'm helping people connect with Scripture, with one another, or with a message that truly resonates, my goal is always the same: to build environments where people feel seen, engaged, and eager to grow.

I serve as the Director of Conference Operations and Strategic Partnerships for Build Groups, a consulting firm that comes alongside churches with the tools, resources, and relationships they need to build thriving small-group ministries. In this role, I turn big vision into flawless execution — producing national conferences, developing strategic partnerships, and designing experiences that leaders remember long after they leave the room.

My path here wasn't a straight line, and that's exactly why it works. Early in my career, I worked in public education and conservation, speaking to thousands at the South Carolina Aquarium and training volunteers across the state. From there, I directed national live events for brands like Snyder's-Lance and Whirlpool, and helped develop multimillion-dollar communications campaigns. Every one of those rooms taught me the same lesson: story, clarity, and design are what move people to action.

In ministry leadership, I've launched major discipleship initiatives, built volunteer systems that significantly increased leader retention, and produced conferences and events serving more than 5,000 people weekly. This year, I had the joy of speaking at the National Small Groups Conference and The Lobby Conference with the Small Group Network — moments that reminded me how much I love equipping leaders and shaping the environments they serve in.

As a certified Working Genius Facilitator, I help churches and organizations understand their strengths, collaborate without friction, and build healthy cultures where teams thrive.

With a Master of Divinity from Liberty University, certification in Working Genius, and a deep background in communications, marketing, and design, I bring both strategic insight and creative clarity to everything I do. I'm also an entrepreneur and artist at heart — someone who believes the details are where the magic lives.

Drawing from Scripture, ancient Hebrew table culture, modern leadership insights, and your work as a certified Working Genius Facilitator, this book uncovers the practical and spiritual power of slowing down, listening well, and leading with intention.

Readers will see how Jesus handled conflict, navigated personality differences, created space for real growth, and used conversation as a catalyst for transformation. Each chapter helps people translate His method into their own relationships, teams, families, and ministries.

It’s both deeply theological and profoundly practical—warm, accessible, and rooted in the belief that the table is still one of the most powerful places for spiritual formation today.
